About this website
This website is operated by North American Credit Card Assoc., Inc. (NACCA). These Terms describe permitted use of our website and the limitations of its informational content. Please use the website in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use.
Information and separate service agreements
The website explains payment services, software integrations, and related business solutions. Its content is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, or individualized financial advice.
Submitting an inquiry, completing an assessment, or requesting a demo does not establish a merchant account, approve an application, execute a service agreement, or create a processing commitment. Services are subject to applicable eligibility criteria, underwriting, availability, and separate written agreements with the relevant parties. Those agreements govern the services they cover and are not changed by these website Terms.
Any proposed pricing, service configuration, or commercial terms must be confirmed through the applicable proposal and agreement. Website content is not a binding quote.
Assessments, savings, and payment capabilities
The Level III assessment is an informational starting point based on the answers provided. It does not certify compliance, guarantee enhanced-data qualification, or determine a merchant’s actual processing costs.
Actual pricing, savings, settlement timing, transaction eligibility, and product capabilities depend on the merchant’s circumstances and the applicable processor, payment network, software configuration, and agreement. Descriptions of features or potential benefits are not guarantees of particular results. Confirm current requirements with NACCA before making an implementation decision.
Inquiries and communications
Provide accurate business contact information and only information you are authorized to share. Do not use this website’s inquiry form to transmit payment-card details, patient information, bank-account details, credentials, tax identifiers, or other sensitive information. There is no file-upload facility in the inquiry form.
We may use the contact information you provide to respond to your request. Entering a telephone number does not constitute enrollment in a text-message marketing program, and submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
The form is not intended for emergencies, urgent transaction instructions, account-security credentials, or formal legal service. Existing merchants should use the support channels identified for their account. A website submission is not guaranteed to reach an individual email inbox immediately. If confirmation is absent or the matter is time-sensitive, contact NACCA by the appropriate support channel.
Statement-review requests
To share a statement, use the separate secure upload page. Only share a file you are authorized to provide. Verify your email address, review the PDF and authorize its upload. Follow the file restrictions and redaction instructions on the upload page.
Email verification establishes access to the supplied mailbox; it does not independently establish ownership of a business or authority to share its information. Keep verification links private. If you use an AI assistant, you remain responsible for authorizing the request and file selection. The statement-upload workflow does not automatically perform an AI statement analysis.
Security checks and an upload receipt do not mean NACCA has completed a statement analysis, accepted a merchant application, or made a binding offer. A review may require clarification and additional arrangements. Do not send a statement as an ordinary inquiry attachment or by email; contact NACCA to arrange an appropriate method if the upload workflow is unavailable.
Clearing the page does not delete information already submitted. The Website Privacy Policy describes the separate workflow, statement retention, and how to contact NACCA about submitted information.
Acceptable use
You may browse and use the website for legitimate business purposes. Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading material, send spam, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, attempt unauthorized access, or evade technical access controls. Do not use information obtained through the website to infringe another person’s rights.
We may restrict access or remove submitted material when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the service, or comply with law. This does not modify rights or obligations under a separate merchant-services agreement.
Website content and trademarks
Website text, design, graphics, and other materials are owned by NACCA or used with permission, unless otherwise identified. You may view the site and retain reasonable copies for internal evaluation of our services, subject to applicable law and any stated restrictions. Do not remove ownership notices or republish substantial portions commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Third-party product and company names, including Epic and MaxilloSoft, belong to their respective owners. References identify products, compatibility, or available services. The nature of any relationship is limited to what is expressly described; a reference alone does not imply ownership or a broader endorsement.
External websites and services
Links to reporting portals, processors, software providers, or other external services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms, access requirements, and privacy practices. NACCA does not control every change made by an external operator. Review the applicable documents before using an external service.
Availability and limitations
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but information may contain errors or become outdated, and access may be interrupted. Please confirm details relevant to your business before relying on them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website is provided as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. This paragraph does not disclaim an express obligation under a separate agreement or any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NACCA is not liable under these website Terms for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the informational website. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit. It does not replace the allocation of responsibility in a separate services agreement.
Changes to the website or Terms
We may update website content and these Terms. Revisions will identify their effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter a separate agreement or eliminate rights that applicable law protects. We will obtain additional agreement when required.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits a nonwaivable statutory right.
