Complex Payments Review
Bring your payment environment into focus
When payment decisions involve several systems, providers, or locations, it helps to understand how the pieces fit together before choosing a direction.
NACCA works with your team to understand the business requirement, review the current arrangement, and identify what must be confirmed before a proposed solution can move forward. Selected complex opportunities may include additional discovery and solution design with NACCA's team.
When a review may be useful
- You are changing point-of-sale or business software and need to understand the payment implications.
- Your business uses several locations, payment channels, or merchant accounts.
- You want to evaluate processing costs alongside software, gateway, device, and operational requirements.
- You accept commercial cards and have questions about transaction data and processing arrangements.
- Your healthcare payment workflow involves several systems or provider responsibilities.
- You need clarity about who will handle the proposed integration, implementation, and ongoing support.
What we discuss
Your business requirements. How you accept payments, the teams involved, the problem you want to solve, and any timing or operational constraints.
Your current environment. Your payment or business software, gateway if applicable, processor, devices, and the way your accounts and locations are organized. Unknown details become questions for follow-up.
The proposed approach. Which options merit further evaluation, the assumptions behind them, the costs that need to be confirmed, and the responsibilities of NACCA and other providers.
The scope depends on your situation and the information available. Pricing and any savings opportunity require a review of the relevant evidence and a private proposal.
How the process works
- Tell us what you need to decide. Send a brief inquiry with your contact details and a description of the issue. Include known system names if helpful.
- NACCA identifies the next step. Our team reviews the request and determines whether it calls for a standard consultation, further information, or more detailed discovery and solution design.
- Review the proposed direction together. For opportunities that proceed, NACCA discusses requirements, alternatives, dependencies, and proposed commercial terms with your team.
- Continue with a named contact. After you and NACCA agree on a proposed direction, a salesperson coordinates applications and implementation steps, with expert involvement when material questions arise.
Any proposed service remains subject to provider requirements, underwriting, availability, and the applicable agreements.
What to share in your initial inquiry
Start with a short description of your business and the decision you need help making. If known, include the name of your point-of-sale or business software, payment gateway, processor, and payment device. The number of locations and approximate number of merchant accounts may also help.
Please use the inquiry form for ordinary business information only. Do not include merchant account numbers, card or bank details, patient information, passwords, tax identifiers, or statements. The ordinary inquiry form does not accept documents. Statements go through a separate secure upload workflow. Its page explains availability and any test-only restrictions.
Common questions
Can NACCA work with our existing software or devices?
That depends on the specific products, versions, providers, and required workflow. We review those dependencies before recommending a direction.
What if we do not know our gateway or processor?
You can still start a conversation. Share what you know and identify the details you are unsure about.
Who will handle our review?
NACCA's team reviews each request and identifies the appropriate people for discovery, solution design and follow-through based on your requirements. A named NACCA contact coordinates the next steps.
How can I securely share a processing statement?
Use the dedicated secure statement-upload workflow. It verifies the authorized contact and checks the file before making it available for NACCA review. View the secure upload steps. Its page explains availability and any test-only restrictions. Please do not send a statement through the ordinary inquiry form.
Can an AI assistant help prepare the inquiry?
Yes. Review the information and authorize its submission before it is sent. Use contact information for a person who is authorized to discuss the business's needs. An assistant should not add sensitive information or make commitments on your behalf without your authorization.
Tell us where your payment decision gets complicated
You do not need a completed technical brief to begin. A clear description of the problem and a way to reach you are enough for NACCA to identify the next step.
