Keep invoicing in QuickBooks Online. Give customers clear payment choices with dual pricing and Payment Choice Pricing through NACCA’s integrated payment solutions.
Cash is collected outside the online payment page.
Example only; tax omitted for simplicity. These are illustrative purchase prices, not processing rates or recommended price differences. Actual options and pricing depend on your approved program.
A fit for
Contractors, home-service companies, professional firms and B2B suppliers who invoice in QuickBooks Online.
How it connects
A separate payment service connected to QuickBooks Online. Your accounting software and merchant-processing arrangement stay distinct.
Make the price clear. Let the customer choose.
Offer lower-price payment options while reviewing how processing costs affect your margins.

Bank/ACH, where supported
Two clearly presented prices
Dual pricing
Display a card price alongside a lower cash price. Where supported, an eligible bank/ACH payment can also receive a discounted price.
Customers see the applicable price before paying, and the invoice, payment page, and receipt need to reflect the agreed pricing approach.

More flexibility by payment method
Payment Choice Pricing
A supported setup can present separate cash, bank/ACH, and card prices. Customers can weigh the price and convenience of each available method.
NACCA helps you review which choices fit your customers, invoice process, and payment program.
The setup matters.
Prices, discounts, disclosures, and receipts must meet applicable state laws, card-network rules, and processor requirements. Calling a program “dual pricing” or “payment choice” does not establish compliance. Software and processing charges may still apply; savings depend on your arrangement and payment mix.

Your processor funds the deposit to your bank account. Review bank deposits alongside the payment records in QuickBooks.
This workflow describes a supported QuickBooks Online configuration. Sync behavior, payment methods, and pricing features vary by solution. A payment recorded in QuickBooks does not by itself confirm funds have reached your bank.

A few common questions.
Does this use QuickBooks Payments?
The solutions discussed here connect a separate payment service with QuickBooks. Your accounting software and merchant-processing arrangement are distinct. NACCA will explain the proposed service, fees, and integration before you make a change.
Is dual pricing the same as adding a card surcharge?
A cash discount reduces a disclosed regular price; a surcharge adds a charge for paying by card. These approaches have different requirements. The actual price presentation and transaction flow matter, so NACCA will review the proposed setup with you. This page is general information, not legal advice.
Can I use QuickBooks Desktop?
This page’s featured workflow is for QuickBooks Online. Tell us your Desktop edition and version so we can evaluate an appropriate connection. Online and Desktop features should be confirmed separately.
Can I collect deposits or schedule installments?
Those are workflows we can review with you. Availability depends on the selected solution, payment method, schedule, and customer authorization. Confirm how requests, automatic charges, and invoice updates will work before enabling them.
Will this eliminate all payment-processing costs?
We do not promise zero costs. Your total expense depends on processing rates, software charges, the pricing program, and the methods customers use. NACCA can review the proposed costs alongside your current arrangement.
